Our Story.
GenCraft Designs began in 1988 when our parents opened a small retail furniture store in Wayne County, Ohio. In 1990, custom wood furniture manufacturing became part of the business, and craftsmanship quickly became the foundation of everything that followed.
By 2009, we began building commercial casegoods. Within a decade, that work grew to represent the majority of our business. We closed the retail store to focus fully on commercial fabrication in 2018.
In 2020, designers and builders began asking us to bring that same level of discipline into high-end custom cabinetry. We accepted — and expanded again.
Today, GenCraft is led by the second generation of our family, building custom furniture and cabinetry for commercial interiors and high-end homes across the United States. From our workshop, we fabricate each project in-house to maintain control over quality from raw material through delivery.
